General Information: The 2007 All Star Sports Complex tournament schedule will include tournaments for all levels of division play. Check with Tami Higgins @ 918-459-0399 on any details concerning All Star tournaments in 2007.
Super Series Baseball: All Star will host Super Series National Qualifiers. Check our tournament schedule for dates and details. All Star will host the 2007 Super Series 13U American Division National Championship, July 14-22, 2007. Check the www.superseriesbaseball.com for updated information on benefits, awards, insurance rates, etc. available when entering Super Series Tournaments.
Tourney Format: In general, three (3) games are guaranteed for weekend tournaments, with a “pool play” format. A “double elimination” format may be needed or used for some tournaments. Super Series National Championship will have a five (5) or more, game guarantee.
Entry Fees: All entry fees must be paid 14 days prior to the tournament. The fee is forfeited if the team drops out within 14 days of the scheduled starting date of a tournament. A $25.00 processing fee will be accessed for withdrawal before the 14-day limit. Entry fee payment secures your team slot.
Refunds: If rain/inclement weather forces tournament cancellation, refunds will be based on games started. If no games are started, full refund; if one game started, ½ refund; if two games are started, no refund.
Insurance: Team insurance certificate is to accompany entry forms for all tournaments. Super Series Qualifiers and the National Tournament must have Super Series listed as additionally insured if not stated on the certificate.
Team Withdrawals: In the event a team enters and pays the entry fee for any All Star event and then chooses to withdraw, with or without notification:
1. If the team withdraws more than 14 days in advance of the event and notifies All Star, a full refund, less a $25.00 administration fee shall be refunded.
2. If the team withdraws less than 14 days in advance of the event: No Refund.
3. If a team does not show up for an event or scheduled game within an event the team is disqualified from the tournament and no refund shall be given under any circumstances.
Trophies/Awards: Individual awards will be given for 1st & 2nd place teams (up to 13 players) for weekend tournaments. Trophies/Awards presented at National Championships will be determined by the organization conducting the National.
Baseballs: Each team will provide 2 -“Pro Nine OLA” or “Diamond DOLA” baseballs for each game.
Pitching Rules/Time Limits/Run Rules: These will vary by tournament and age groups. A rule sheet will by provided in the coach’s packets. National Championship rules will be covered at the coach’s meeting and will be followed as outlined in organizational rulebooks.
Game Day Starts: Most tournaments start on Friday p.m. Be prepared to play Friday evening! No Exceptions!
Gate Fees: Adults - $4.00 per day. Children (6-12yrs) - $2.00 per day. 5 and under will be admitted free. Each team will receive three (3) coaches passes. Additional ones may be purchased at the admission gates. National Championship gate fees will be established by the National Offices. NO REFUNDS IF IT RAINS. NO EXCEPTIONS! All Star will not be responsible for lost or forgotten gate admission tickets. You will need to purchase another one.
